3. Regulatory & Commercial Proposal
A formal proposal detailing the recommended structure, timeline, coordination scope, provider selection, and fee transparency for all parties involved.

4. Contracting & KYC
Formal engagement begins. KYC documentation is collected, service agreements are executed, and third-party providers are contracted under clear scopes and timelines.
You receive: Executed agreements, onboarding checklist, and project timeline.
5. Concierge-Led Execution
Your dedicated concierge coordinates all providers, manages documentation flow, tracks milestones, and resolves issues. You have a single point of contact throughout.

6. Ongoing Management
Post-setup, Amara continues coordinating compliance renewals, visa management, banking enablement, and operational needs on a retainer basis.
